TENANT ONLY To find you a tenant(s) including all references, and all the way through to the tenant moving in.		3 weeks rent as commission (example a £150 a week flat would cost you £450+vat commission)
MANAGEMENT To find you a tenant(s) including all references, and also manage your property for up to 1 year, including collection of rent.		5 weeks rent as commission (example a £150 a week flat, where we manage and organise repairs for you - would cost you £750+vat commission)

Our commission reflects our service. Many companies offer special offers such as 2 week commission deals, but struggle to get properties let. Power Lets charge 3 weeks, but find the right tenants quickly. We help our landlords avoid weeks with their properties standing empty, saving them hundreds if not thousands of pounds.
