References Required

We will need copies of the following with sight of the originals within 4 working days of receiving your holding deposit:

  • Passport
  • National insurance number with copies of P60/Letter from HMRC
  • 3 months bank statements
  • 3 months pay slips
  • Work reference & payslips/proof of income
  • Previous landlord reference

You will need to pay the following:

The equivalent of one week's rent or £300 holding deposit (whichever is greater) so that we hold the property for you whilst we do your referencing
(non-refundable if you change your mind but refundable if the Landlord pulls out or doesn't approve you)

When you are approved, you need to pay the following:

  • 1 month rent in advance (this may differ depending on the property or Landlord, and will be agreed with you in advance)
  • 1 month deposit (some properties are 6 or 8 weeks in advance - this will be confirmed in advance)
  • Our referencing/admin fee of £120 per person.

Our standard contracts are for 12 months with an eight month break clause and a 2 month notice period.

All persons (over the age of 18) living at the property must be named on the contract and will be jointly and severally liable.
