Letting through Powerlets couldn’t be easier. All properties available for letting are updated daily and we provide photographs to assist in your initial selection.

All you need to do is simply call us on 0208 881 9999 or e-mail us at to check the availability.

If you like a particular property, we can get the process started for you straight away by arranging viewings during our office hours: 9:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday and Saturday by appointment. Should you like any of our properties, we will pass your details on to the landlord for his/her acceptance.

In order for us to stop marketing a property in which you are intersted, we will require a holding deposit. This is a minimum of £500 or the equivalent of 1 week's rent, whichever is greater. If for any reason you fail the reference check, or the Landlord decides not to proceed, we will refund the holding deposit in full within 10 working days. However, should you change your mind for whatever reason, the deposit is non-refundable.

Please note that we will provide you with all the necessary forms and assistance in obtaining your references. We will then draft the tenancy agreement for you to inspect and be readily available to help with any queries or worries you may have. While Powerlets are here to guide you through each step of the lettings process, we would strongly advise that you take independent legal advice if there is anything about which you are unclear.

The administration charge for all of the above is £120 per person. (All persons 18 years or over living in a property need to be on the contract.)
