LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR REQUIRED

Easily acheivable £2000 + PCM for the right person.

The position requires a highly motivated individual, target-driven, articulate, well-presented and able to work on their own initiative. The company offers a very competitive remuneration structure to include a basic, commission and use of a company car. If targets are met, additional bonuses are awarded.

You MUST have following attributes:

• Looking for a LONG TERM position
• Full DRIVING LICENCE
• Available to start immediately or very soon
• Experience with letting property, i.e. understanding the basics.
• Friendly and professional phone manner
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Constant enthusiasm and a 'can do' attitude
