Lettings through powerlets couldn’t be easier. All properties available for letting are updated daily and we provide photographs and measurements to help you to choose the right option.

All you need to do is simply call us on 0208 881 9999 or e-mail us at info@powerlets.com to check the availability.

If you like a particular property, we can get the process started for you straight away by arranging immediate viewings during our office hours: 8:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday and 9:30am to 2pm on Saturdays. Should you like any of our properties, we will pass your details on to the landlord for his/her acceptance..

In order for us to stop marketing the property you like, we will require a holding deposit of £300 - £500 depending on rental value. If for any reason you fail the reference check, or the Landlord decides not to proceed, we will refund the holding deposit in full. However, should you change your mind for whatever reason, the deposit is non - refundable.

Please note that we will provide you with all the necessary forms and assistance in obtaining your references. We will then draft the tenancy agreement for you to inspect and be readily available to help with any queries or worries you may have. While Power Lets are here to guide you through each step of the lettings process, we would strongly advise that you take independent legal advice if there is anything about which you are unclear.

The administration charge for all of the above is £95 plus V.A.T per person.
