MANAGEMENT - 10% CHARGED MONTHLY

RENEWALS - 1 WEEK'S RENT (or minimum £300, whichever is greater)
We liaise with the tenants and if they wish to renew, we renegotiate the rental, as agreed, draw up renewal contracts and then arrange for the tenants to come in and sign the contracts. The Landlord can then come in to sign, or we can sign on Landlord's behalf with consent.

Powerlets reserve the right to change their fee structure at any time, without prior notice. On instructing Powerlets, you are confirming that you have the necessary permission required for us to rent out your property. We do not require proof of this, but it is understood that we are being instructed on that basis.
